Kristin was lovely in helping me make an appointment for my mother who needed help because my step-father had a stroke and they needed to make accommodations for him at their home. Bernie came on time for our appointment. Wearing a mask and very pleasant. He helped my mother develop a plan for reconfiguring her front walkway so it was safe and versatile for their changing needs. Estimate arrived in a timely fashion, we scheduled the job, the PHM team did the work, and we are very happy. No fuss. Just the way we like it. My mother and step-father even received a handwritten card from PHM checking in on them and thanking them.

As an owner of a few rental properties both in Richmond and in Fairfax, PHM has always been our go to company for repairs at both locations. PHM coordinates arrival times with our tenants and the tenants are always happy with their responsiveness. PHM has definitely made my life as a rental property owner a lot easier.
